The iBike Coach can be a tough, rugged, water-resistant case which has a mount designed to protect your iPhone or iPod Touch when you ride. It DOES NOT retain the "smart electronics" or sensors that allow one to use your iPhone or iPod Touch being a cycling computer or power meter. It IS NOT upgradeable to become the iDash CC.
